“I was born in Turkey. I studied Gastronomy and Culinary Arts in Istanbul which is also where my career started in 2018.

I started my career at Mikla Restaurant. I had the chance to work with local people and farmers, bringing to the plate Anatolian Culture for 2 years.

After that I started Nicole Restaurant, which combined Turkish cuisine and French techniques.

As a person who likes to learn about different cultures, I moved to the UK one-and-a-half years ago. I started at Tabure Restaurant and am continuing to work as head chef.”
