I am William Joshua, a Jakarta-born chef whose culinary identity is shaped by heritage, precision, and innovation. Growing up in Indonesia, where food is deeply rooted in culture and history, inspired my passion for bold flavours and refined technique.

Since beginning my professional journey in 2016, I have worked across China, Jakarta, Dubai, Kuwait, and London, gaining experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and alongside Michelin-starred chefs. These experiences have shaped my disciplined approach and commitment to excellence.

I am currently Head Chef at one of the restaurants at Estelle Manor, where I lead the kitchen with a focus on modern refinement while honouring my Indonesian chinese roots. In 2024, I competed in MasterChef UK: The
Professionals, proudly showcasing Indonesian and Chinese cuisine on a national stage.
