Great Glen Distillery was established by two friends during the first lockdown of 2020. Hotelier Daniel Campbell and renowned chef Adam Dwyer built the distillery in what was Daniels late mother’s shop, in the small Highland village of Drumnadrochit located on the western shore of the world famous Loch Ness.
