The Cookie Jar Bristol was established in 2020 after the first lockdown hit. I, Bethan, started making cookies for friends and family and did doorstop drop offs to give a little sweetness and joy during an unsettling time… and within the first month of doing this my baking business had re-branded and the cookie orders flew in! Since then we set up our brand new website and started UK wide postal & home collections, and also various weekly markets around Bristol and Wales! Who knows what the future holds for The Cookie Jar, but it will definitely be exciting!!!!
