We are a small family-run business based in Brighton, with a focus on raising awareness of the growing British charcuterie scene whilst helping promote animal welfare and small artisan producers around the UK. We locally source and supply retail and wholesale products delivered nationally, whilst local orders are directly delivered in our electric van.
