Giving Back
Supporting local communities is at the heart of Foodies Festivals. We strive to make a positive impact by working with charities across the UK and developing paid student placements. We also support Help for Heroes, offering wounded, injured and sick Servicemen, women and Veterans free entry to all our festivals.

Working with Charities
We are committed to supporting local charities and work closely alongside them to help raise funds and spread awareness. This year, we are working closely with Musicians Against Homelessness with tickets raising money for UK-wide homelessness charity Crisis.

Alan McGee, Patron of Musicians Against Homelessness, said: “Foodies Festival is the UK’s largest food and drink festival and with such fantastic summer events it seemed a natural link to partner with a festival that reaches the hearts of so many local communities. In turn, we’re confident that they can help us raise awareness and funds for our homelessness charity Crisis by bringing popular headliner bands to their stages alongside some of the country’s best unsigned musical talent.”

We also work with Unicef, Cancer Research UK, Shelter, Generation Sunshine, Maggie’s and Stop Hunger on a regular basis.

Supporting students
We work closely with Edinburgh Napier University to offer students paid placements which often lead to full-time employment. The placements give students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the events industry, helping them develop a skillset that will stand them in good stead in the employment world upon graduation.

We are always looking for enthusiastic, happy and motivated people to join our friendly festival team both at Head Office and at the festivals. You will gain first hand experience in the event and festival industry. Please email [email protected] and we can take it from there.
