Supporting local communities is at the heart of Foodies Festivals.

Giving Back

Working with local communities is at the heart of Foodies Festival.

In each festival region we invite local food and drink producers, street food traders, local chefs, bakers, brewers, distillers, cheese and chocolate makers to take part in the festival and we celebrate the food and drink from that region.

Working with Charities
Each festival hosts the Musicians Against Homelessness music stage, with donations encouraged and a percentage of ticket money given to Crisis.

Alan McGee, Patron of Musicians Against Homelessness, said: “Foodies Festival is the UK’s largest food and drink festival and with such fantastic summer events it seemed a natural link to partner with a festival that reaches the hearts of so many local communities. In turn, we’re confident that they can help us raise awareness and funds for our homelessness charity Crisis by bringing popular headliner bands to their stages alongside some of the country’s best unsigned musical talent.”

We also work with local charities and donate tickets to local causes and events.

Donations to Food Banks
At the end of each festival food and drink is given to local food banks.

We are always looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join our friendly festival team and we offer volunteering opportunities at each festival. Local university and college students are given invaluable experience of working at a festival.
